If your date is available, and we are a good match, we will respond with our Welcome Letter and a Questionnaire.

consultation
Once we receive your completed Questionnaire and inspirational photos, we will schedule a complimentary phone call (or an in-person consultation) to review your responses and ensure we understand your vision.
detailed proposal

Upon gathering all the information, we will piece everything together in a Customized Detailed Proposal.
We are always mindful of your budget and will prioritize your floral investment in the décor that is most important to you, as well as provide guidance and alternative options.

booking
Once you have the proposal details finalized and would like to make it official, let us know and we will email the options for making your deposit payment as well as an agreement to sign.
Please keep in mind, you can still make changes after your commitment up until 2 weeks before the wedding date.

final review
One month prior to your wedding, we will go over and fine tune every detail, as well as review the timeline (if it’s ready).
